Privacy Policy

This page describes what data the OpusTokens landing site collects and why. It covers this website only; the OpusTokens Telegram bot shows its own notices inside Telegram.
What we collect
- Advertising measurement identifiers — when you arrive from an ad,
the link may contain a click identifier (
fbclid). With your consent where required, the Meta Pixel sets first-party cookies (_fbp,_fbc) used to measure ad performance. - Technical data — your IP address and browser user-agent are received by our server when the page stores an ad-click record, and your approximate country is derived from your IP to decide whether a consent banner is legally required.
- Campaign parameters — UTM tags from the link that brought you here.
We do not collect names, emails, payment details, or message content on this site, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we collect it
Solely to measure whether our advertising works: which ads lead to visits, bot sign-ups, and purchases. Aggregated results are shared with Meta Platforms via the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. Meta acts as described in its own privacy policy.
Legal basis
In the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: your consent, requested by the banner before any measurement runs. You can decline — the site works identically either way. Elsewhere: our legitimate interest in measuring advertising.
Retention
Ad-click records are used for measurement while retained — at most 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted (delivered measurement-queue records after at most 30 days). IP addresses older than 7 days are never sent to Meta.
Your choices
- Decline the consent banner — nothing is measured.
- Clear your browser cookies to remove the Meta identifiers.
- Contact us via the OpusTokens bot to ask about or request deletion of data linked to your click.
